Ride

A Bus

Today:

Think About Boosting Unequivocal

Supply

Open thought:

Some people puzzle me…If GOD blesses you with access to a 40-50 something passenger car we commonly refer to as a BUS, which gets folk from points A-Z & back, why do people frown on its utilization by others? It’s one of those driving questions which make me wonder what really goes on upstairs…hello are the lights on? The reasons some give for not wanting to ride a bus or proverbially, at the chance be caught dead on one, keep me guessing, but the main one is PRIDE. I had a friend once who always spoke about the pride of others, but who for some reason did not quite have a mirrored view when it came to his/her own.

I pray about annoying or bothersome things like this because they sometimes cloud my judgment of others, and I do not want to misjudge others so I learned early on how cost-effective a bus ride was and/or still is for some.

  1. It does not cost a house or car note to travel. There is no monthly or yearly monetary obligation to travel by bus. Hint: you can save money to buy your own car later.

  2. You are already insured if any accident occurs.

  3. You do not have to pay high fuel costs, vehicle repair, or general upkeep.

  4. You can invite more of your friends to accompany you. There is no calling ‘shotgun’ because everyone has a scenic view.

  5. You learn interesting things about others and the geographical outlay of your town. Such as noticing places around town, the city, or different states, which you otherwise may have overlooked as the driver of your own vehicle.

  6. You learn courteousness like giving your seat up for an elderly person, woman (if a man), or a child.

  7. You conquer fear because you entertain strangers daily.

The most important requirement is you LEARN GRATITUDE because before you were able to afford your personal vehicle; you noticed how being faithful over the little (well a bus is rather big lol) things in life, GOD sees your valuation of his blessings no matter how odd or small they may seem. HE will not forget it when you are shopping for that first or new vehicle. Next time you pass by, see, or ride a BUS think about Boosting Unequivocal Supply. Just maybe by not riding that bus, it is keeping you from Driving that vehicle. Weathering the Storms

Journeys thru rivers of envy…Searching for that which sent me

Floods of jealousy to wade thru…With destiny far from view

In search of this one place called Zion…With hopes for the Deity on whom one may rely on

Fighting the currents of up streams of lust…To physically and mentally abusive thrusts

Crossing boundaries of femininity’s maturation…Innocence stolen, stolen over and over!  creating devastating isolation

Dreams present though seemingly unreachable…Necessity is strong in reaching Zion’s temple

Imagine giving life thru thunders of heartaches and pain…As realization of strength thru motherhood reign

Listen!  to the earthquakes of rhythm without sound…

Visualize the demise..

See tribulation without sight blinded by the lightning’s of rhythmless emotions of light…

The hilltop nearing and hearts endearing…

Roaring whirlwinds of romance domineering…

BOOM!!  flashes lightning giving sound …to destiny however profound

Clouds of doubt are pouring… as emotions are soaring

Rains drown laughter…Sunshine thereafter

[About the poem: Poem speaks of abuses that I had gone through yet THROUGH FAITH, LOVE, HOPE, THE HOLY-GHOST & HEAVENLY FATHER, I overcame the intended defeat of the enemy. You never know what kind of storms another has to weather, but security is found in knowing WHO navigates the tossed and driven winds, oceanic waves & HE that REIGNS governs the rains]

PSALM 27 KJV

The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. Though a host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident. One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple.  For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock. Now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the Lord. Hear, O Lord, when I cry with my voice: have mercy also upon me, and answer me. When thou said, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, Lord, will I seek. Hide not thy face far from me; put not thy servant away in anger: thou hast been my help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation. When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me up. Teach me thy way, O Lord, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies. Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: for false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty.  I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.
