About this piece: I’ve learned through trial & error how to use everything given towards the glory of the Most High God (creator of all). This agenda or policy started via guidance of the holy ghost as a protocol for a christian education department, in the Fall of 2013-14; as a newly elected director at my then church (building/organization). New to this position, with no insight on how to go about it,  much prayer went into establishing it. The vision was uttered and I wrote it as plainly as I was instructed. I’m unsure if it is actively used today, in the organization of which I created it for via the aforementioned guidance; but to God be the glory for its relevance today. I saw its relevance to us as the many-membered student body of faith in the journey of life towards return to a holy priesthood (i.e. protocol for kingdom living). Some edits have been done below to allow a view as to how synonymous it is to our overall participation, behavior and attendance of faith in the kingdom of God. May we ascertain life’s journey as an on-going class setting, whereby we are learning about our creator and how to allow more of Him to radiant via us that we may be accepted back home on this prodigal journey.

Administrative Policy

  • God and Prayer is always first and business plus all else will align afterwards with decency and order. (Matt 6:33)
  • The duty and the opportunity before us are a welcoming endeavor, yet a serious one. (John 3:5 & 14:6)
  • We want to remain cordial but keep an educational authority, remembering God is sovereign. (1 Peter 5:6-10)
  • We all come from various lifestyles and each of us are growing in grace, yet all of us collectively. (Gal 3:26-29)

This Itinerary stands as the official Kingdom Education Administrative Policy that includes fellow members of the body of Christ, i.e. parents, and students alike, toward a blossoming body of believers (Learning & Growing Together) in truth, grace and mercy. It is important per the expectations of the ethical codes/conduct of our faith team.

DEDICATION: (I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God Romans 12:1-2).

  • We each have lives outside of the holy nation, which sometimes calls for our attention & attendance.
  • Yet, we are to include our kingdom positions as educators, members, and students as both, a first and second vocation (job) to be inclusive in our daily routines, which will ease the burdens with scheduling and allow us the united/cooperative commitment to the Most High.

ATTITUDE: (Do all things without murmurings and disputings: That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither labored in vain Philippians 2:14-16 KJV).

We are human (form) yet spiritual beings (created) and practice makes perfect with anything we practice well or bad, right or wrong. With this said, let us as the many membered body, maintain a balance to attribute great attitudes towards this teaching/learning endeavor. We have to be excited about the job(s) we perform or our attitudes with mediocrity will reflect in our candor.

  • Therefore, let us practice discipline with our speech and behavior both privately & publicly, as we are now in a representative position of Kingdom Education.
  • Our lives should also reflect what we instruct as to have influence on those we are teaching within the body and the community.  
  • Experience is always the best teaching method. Along with our experiences, each of us has a testament of our faith in the anointed Christ of where we once were; are currently, and of the future as a faithful administration (trials of faith).  

A good tool to help remember this is “SEEING YOURSELF in the vision” (Personal Comm,  Gurley, D. of Discovering The Truth Teaching Ministries, 2013).

EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION: (Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers –Ephesians 4:29 KJV).

CHAIN OF COMMAND: (For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goes; and to another, Come, and he comes; and to my servant, Do this, and he does it –Matthew 8:9 KJV).



The Administration

♦ 1 John 5:7-9 ♦

  • Chief  Executive Administrator [Our Father who art in Heaven].
  • Assistant Executive Administrator [Mediator, the Word made manifest via Christ]
  • Directorial Executive Administrator [The Holy Ghost / Comforter]

i-have-chosen-youFor there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time. Whereunto I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle, (I speak the truth in Christ, and lie not;) a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity” (1 Timothy 2:5-7).

  • The Assistant Executive Administrator serves as the intermediary (go-between or liaison) of all correspondences (i.e intercessory prayer/petitions) with our earthen faith curriculum and incentive activities.
  • We report to the Assistant Executive Administrator via Directorial Executive Administrator and He/She reports to the Chief Executive Administrator [Our Father who art in Heaven].
  • Nothing receives approval, except under the Chief Executive Administrator (CEA).
  •  The Directorial Executive Administrator then has to review our submissions and convey it with Chief Executive Administrator for the ultimate stamp of approval and release of comfort.
  • The Directorial Executive Administrator (the Holy Ghost) so sends said comfort via all formal revelation of truth to the educators, friends or family members of the many-membered Body.
“For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls” (1 Peter 2:25).
  • The Directorial Administrator works under Bishop’s authority so all conveyance of data, grievance and ideas or suggestions is representative of the Chief Executive Administrator.
  • Our cooperation of teamwork will flow excellently with proper chain of commands and lessen the burden of being ill informed as well as enhance accountability.


Teamwork or Joint effort

becontendersTEAMWORK: (Happy is the man that finds wisdom, and the man that gets understanding. For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold –Proverbs 3:13-14 KJV).

  • As an incentive to enhancing our overall happy attitudes, please visit, register, and take the lessons from each test and devote time for reflection as we  pray to God directly via the mediator about it or them, and it in turn it will enhance our level of commitment to this faith journey back home.
  • It assists as a learning tool to expound on weak areas and heighten our strong suits as well. (2 Corinthians 10:1-60)
  • Many times, we get away from what teamwork should embody, which is the fact that every team player has an equally important role, which is complementary to the entire team. (1 Corinthians 12:1-31)


The Chief  Executive Administrator gave us plenteous examples in the letter. We offer you another…Example:

Let’s Say you were a part of the ER (emergency response) Team which includes 911 call center operators, EMTs (ambulance driver, technicians or the like), Fire Dept., Police Dept., etc. Now imagine there was some catastrophic event that took place at your child’s school (for argument’s sake we will just assume an unexpected storm, explosion, or shooting spree took place). As a part of the ER team, your job(s) would be the essential parts to assisting the safety of the students and teachers. The teachers have to communicate with the students and vice versa to find out who is safe and/or injured. They will have to report what is going on to the 911 operators who report it to the police and fire departments who report detailed severity of injury and casualty to the hospitals. The hospital staff members then relay all the necessary info to the on call physicians, surgeons, and housekeeping administrators who in turn help save or prolong the lives of the injured. Okay now that you have this picture in your head, think about if either one of the team members had a negating (negative or opposing) attitude towards their positioning (job) and especially on a chaotic day as mentioned and decided not to show up for work that day, or decided not to respond in any manner. There would be a hindrance or delay to the initial response.  Perhaps those minutes taken to replace the team member may have been the difference in saving the lives threatened. Well it is the same with us as the administrative team of the Body. We want to always be available and in the event that we cannot we want to have backup already in place for the overall flow of meeting and functionality (commitment to work)]. WakeUp

Therefore, let us keep in contact with one another often and if one cannot make it for unforeseen reasons, we all can act as BACKUP to keep the order of things.

DISCIPLINARY OR GRIEVANCE: (Salute one another with an holy kiss. The churches of Christ salute you –Romans 16:16 KJV).

Finding Out Christ’s Utility for Success”…FOCUS

DRESS CODE: (In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefaced and sobriety; not with braided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; But (which becomes women professing godliness) with good works. Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection –1 Timothy 2:9 KJV & The woman shall not wear that which pertains unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman’s garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the Lord thy God –Deuteronomy 22:5 KJV).

ATTENDANCE: (I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service –Romans 12:1 KJV). 

  1. Each educator/student is to be daily present humbled in the omnipresence of God and delighted in the Lord for each class or trials of our faith. 
  2. Each educator/student is responsible for remembering the importance of attendance in spirit & truth to every class as well.

BEHAVIOR: (Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it gives light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father, which is in heaven. Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill –Matthew 5:15-17 KJV & See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is –Ephesians 5:15-17 KJV).

Commission of Accountability: The Heavens smile upon regular class/activity participation and involvement in these areas…

  1. Paying of tithes and/or offerings to the body 
  2. Good & Reasonable Service for the body  Romans 12:1

  4. Good & Acceptable Behavior Romans 12:2
  5. Effective Communication Philemon 6-8
  6. Overall Exemplary Kingdom Living Matthew 25:14-30 Daniel 2:37 Psalm 45:6 

Now therefore, O Lord our God, save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that thou art the Lord, even thou only” (Isaiah 37:20)

The overall student behavior includes a display of respect, honesty, and ethical value, self-restraint or self-discipline, thoughtful consideration of others in class, online, in person, and via the phone, that is considerate of other students, educators, members of the body or the community, in keeping with the Kingdom Faith, Vision & Agenda Policy.

  • Unruly actions (disruption  during class and of  our reasonable services)

  • Abuse (manipulation, violence, insults, swearing or profanity usage, any type harassment, assault and/or injury towards self or others)
