In the Name…

daily-meditations-wakeup2016_2017Have you ever wondered why it seems your prayers go unanswered? Many times we ask amiss, against the will of God. Yet, more often we forget to put the name on it “sign our prayers with the power given us” so to speak. The word encourages us to ask in the name and it will be given or done. Whose name and  of whose will are we asking when we get things unaligned with the will of Yah?

ask-in-my-name
John 14:13-14
And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
John 15:16
Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
John 16:23-27
And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you. Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.  These things have I spoken unto you in proverbs: but the time comes, when I shall no more speak unto you in proverbs, but I shall shew you plainly of the Father.  At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you: For the Father himself loves you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.

1 John 5:14-15

And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he hears us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

Asking Amiss

Do Our Desires Align with the Will of God? flee-corrupt-communication

To answer this, we look again at the “will of God” for himself (of His good pleasure) and for us (that we not perish, yet live). Therefore, acknowledging the name is not only important for prayer. It is essential to discerning the will of our Father and his extension of power towards us in that we will be equipped to stand against the wiles of the devil.

The word also instructs us to obtain wisdom of God’s will, so that we can silence the ignorance (not knowing) of foolish men. Could these be the false prophets, like those mentioned throughout scripture, teaching the devil’s doctrine via the sinister spirit of deception [deceiver of the whole world]. One has to raise questions at some point about where before, in this world he/she has seen the symbolism of the baphomet creature (see images below) or of other indicators of elitist fear-mongering, paganism, idolatry, sorcery, witchcraft, satanic worship…more abroad in which, we live among.

“Ignorance of the law does not excuse a man for violating it” (n.d.) i.e. Satan…Fallen Lucifer…the dragon… the old serpent..the prince of this world… diábolos slanderer or accuser…Satan’el or Semjâzâ…Baal… ha satan or Baal Davar… Beelzebub or Baal Zebub, Lord of the flies…adversary…sin…Shaytan or Azaz el, king of devils… jinn…Belial, Beliar, Bheliar, the Lord of pride…Asmodeus, Asmeday (Hebrew), Aesma-daeva (Avestan, king of nine hells…Lilith, female demon…Jezebel…the Niccolataines… etc..

In Isaiah 46:10, it speaks of a declaring of the end from the beginning and ancient times, to things as of yet to come. It also speaks on a man executing God’s counsel from afar. We should not forget that we were instructed in the book of Proverbs, that “wisdom is principle but in all things to get understanding” (Para Proverbs 4:6-7).

  • With this in mind, should our prayers be garnered around the Love of Christ, whom was given as a propitiation for us? We think so.
  • Should we praying love, strength (joy of the LORD), peace, protection, provision and all things promised us of our Father? he-that-does-the-will-of-my-father-in-heaven

I especially believe our prayers should always be repentant, humbled in his omnipresence, with thanksgiving for the grace and mercy shown us, “that in while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” (Para, Romans 5:7-9 ).

Understanding the Will of God:

understanding-what-the-will-of-the-lord-is

When we realize that we are here for God’s purpose, to do of His good pleasure; we are drawn to what that or those purposes are. We can only grace his pleasure by way of faith, via our love for Yah our God, with all of our might, mind, and soul and love one to another. The word says, if we hang all the law and the prophets on those two commands, we fulfill the law. In reiteration it tells us to owe love to another, that it too is fulfillment (Para, Matthew 22:36-40 & Romans 13:8).

Matthew 22:36-40

Master, which is the great commandment in the law?  Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Romans 13:8

Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loves another hath fulfilled the law

This does not take away from obedience due our Father in heaven to His statutes, laws, and/or commands because the word also tells us if we love him, we will keep them (commandments). this-is-the-will-of-god

This means as we grow in grace and truth, we transform our minds to do better via knowledge (the fear of the LORD). Yah does not want us to be swept away by the following of idolatry or worshiping other gods and working iniquity via willful sin. he-shall-know-of-the-doctrine-of-god

Instead His greatest wish for his beloved, is that we do prosper and be of good health with a stern reminder that bodily exercise profits little. We defile ourselves by what comes out of our mouths rather than what goes into it. This simply means if Christ (greater) is within, this is what should be coming out as rivers of living water, presented holy and acceptable unto GOD, our Father.

Lastly, praying in the name assures we know not only the name, but the person, power and omnipresence of Yah via Jesus, the anointed Christ, Yahshua Messiah; dwelling richly within us via the holy spirit and prophetic truth. We understand grace is sufficient for us to learn how to be obedient and apply it to our soul’s salvation. We overstand, that mercy is beneficial to us each morning that we rise with the breath of life, in more time and chance to get it together with our soul. That is to transform or move towards a renewed mind, one of Christ which exemplifies a greater sacrificial love for his friends to help our souls not to perish. the-lord-requires-of-thee

Therefore, we need to search within our hearts to find salvation’s truth and get away from others who directly or indirectly mislead us on Yah’s will and law for us. (2 Timothy 2:4-27 & 1 John 2:272 Timothy 2:4-27 & 1 John 2:27 )
