One thing I have noticed is that when living by faith, there is most always a storm [noise] to pass through. In life, we seem to desire an ample amount of noise to confirm many things around and/or for us. Sometimes those noises serve to otherwise distract us.  I’ve found it is right there in the off season,”in the calm” where I realize, we may be directly in the eye of the storm.  Thankfully, Praise Yah! …the Most High allows us to hide in His Almighty shadow [the calm].

“The oceans simply and quickly obey my will…peace be still”.

~the Messenger

“When thou passes through the waters, I [will be] with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walks through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee” (Isaiah 43:2).

“And there shall be a tabernacle for a shadow in the daytime from the heat, and for a place of refuge, and for a covert from storm and from rain” (Isaiah 4:6).

He that dwells in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust” (Psalm 91:1-2)

Before, During and After the Storm…

Usually we receive a warning before the storm such as with lightning, thunder, wind or sudden changes in temperatures. In our lives, things are very similar. Sometimes “the calm” precedes the storm causing us to discern things more readily or pushing us to pray more fervently and effectively to add. At other times due pride, our countenance falls leading us to dig emotional pits, in which we commonly fall into first before hosting pity parties about it via corrupt communication, behavior or response to the unseasonable emotions [storms of life, tempest rages]. executing-comfort

“Pride goes before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall” (Proverbs 16:18)

Subsequently, we tend to somehow prefer the noise over the calm  because subconsciously it affirms our position in the midst of the storm  [i.e. noise]. This is another reason why we walk in the spirit, by faith and not by sight.

The wonderful thing about “the calm” is when walking in the spirit by faith; we are conscious of our surroundings sight unseen, noise included…yet there is a refuge of unknown peace which sustains us.

Therefore, it’s beneficial to be watchful for signs in our spiritual surroundings, which may point us to the the eye of the storm or “the calm”. Look for like-minded persons who are open to sharing of their experiences (testimonies) of the goodness of the Most High. Be watchful of the changes in our own seasons and those of others (i.e. moods, habits, behavior,  convictions and passions).

How to notice the stormy season(s) have passed:

  1. The experience occurs first, afterwards our convictions or passions will generally confirm or deny the perfection or success of bearing the storm.
  2. Next, we share the experience; especially, if it is a driven good or positive energy of purpose.

“And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring” (Luke 21:25)

After the storm clears…the vision becomes clearer. Our visibility is more focused on the seriousness of the Most High’s plan or will for us from the experience towards His glory and an expected end of eternal salvation. 16252009_403534976651752_4214484762043804629_o

Things to note about the vision:

  • We’re subjectively accountable for the growth or lack thereof.
  • Don’t look for pleasure from any other than the Most High where your vision is concerned… (remember, He wrote and finished it via  Jesus “Yahshua Messiah” the Christ through the trials (storms) by faith. The same trials bring us to “patience” an ultimate calm in the form of full trust and confidence in and of who the Most High is.
  • Remember direction gives us both boundaries and limitations and that vision determines the need, or gives confirmation of clearer view (vision, calm).
  • Allow the Most High to be the GPS via the storms [God’s Plan of Salvation].
  • Never allow our faith to become stagnant in the midst of mediocrity or disparagement when the way seems cloudy. Avoid confusion of what sustains us as a subjectively pensive provision. There is a bigger and better unseen evidence awaiting; and this doesn’t contribute to its directing from the Holy spirit into all truth. A truth which eyes haven’t seen, ears haven’t heard nor has it entered into our hearts of things God has planned for those of us who love him and “for good” who are called (appointed) according to his purpose” (Para Is 64:4 & Rom 8:28).
  • Finally, know that those who don’t share or have similar confirmation of the appointed vision will sometimes find displeasure of yours. Always refer to what your vision says about and to you and not what the world wants you to conform to. Be diligent, studious, attentive, watchful, prayerful and obedient to the Most High, to get a clearer route towards the “calm” to arrive at the appointed time of the vision.

“For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waits for him” (Isaiah 64:4).

SEE OURSELVES via SPIRITUAL SPECS: See Ourself In the Calm of the Vision

Proverbs 29:18

Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keeps the law, happy is he.

16177900_403533096651940_2121083446199818566_o

For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry

Habakkuk 2:3

We hope this will inspire others to abide “In the Calm” of life’s storms. Those storms are built in temptations to distract us from waiting patiently on the appointed time of the vision; though it seems to tarry. Each time we yield to temptations, it acts as a detour causing us to start over again, carelessly looking for a route around the storms…when we via strength of joy can weather them to get to the secret dwelling place of the Most High.

Love Intimacy Fidelity & Ethics

L.I.F.E.

Love ♦ Intimacy ♦ Fidelity ♦ Ethics

16298415_404928413179075_2954077500868050874_nLife has had a many a storm for me but through them, I have enjoyed the waltz.  Parenting was a lesson in itself. I didn’t understand the assignment was to understand both my earthen parents better, and most importantly to find out how mighty, good, loving and merciful my heavenly parent is. I had to learn I could not recreate my own sunshine when the rhythm of life changed. Yet, I  developed an ear for dance in spirit to whatever rhythm was playing at the time…

“He makes the storm a calm, so that the waves thereof are still” (Psalm 107:29)

~the Messenger

16729088_414128928925690_7425520790193320502_n-1

Sure people will tell us to change the music, but my FATHER wanted me to appreciate the sounds of grace, mercy, truth, and of course suffering. In them, I heard how beautiful love sounds. I haven’t stop singing and dancing to the rhythm of “L.I.F.E. ~Living In Faith Everyday” of which He named for me mid stanza.  Sometimes appreciation is better with empathy. Meaning, we gain a better understanding of compassion for things beyond the panorama of  what is now my conviction and revelation of “L.I.F.E….Love, Intimacy, Fidelity, and Ethics”.

16682043_414129002259016_8798640752221538031_n I learned who and what love is via an intimacy of meditation and prayer filled with a fidelity of faith, even in the midst of storms that sometimes seemed unethical.  I have suffered many losses along the way, some rhythms were polyphonic; difficult to master without faith. Yet because of faith, I kept dancing to the homo-phonic rhythm of my heart’s composer.

“Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;” Psalm 30:11

It was all part of the assignment written and finished for me. As a confused child, I longed and needed to know the Most High in a way, aside from the norm. Attending religious organizations and denominations taught me less of what I desired to know. I began to seek subjectively for answers,  which they couldn’t answer, so I began praying earnestly for understanding. My Father showed up via the holy ghost and has been guiding me with comfort, into His truth since.   Every ballad, melody, or tune has had it’s own attribute to my current position. My Heavenly Father is quite the CREATOR…giving me a variety of love’s tunes. From lullabies to avantgarde innovative compositions, my life’s music is now  more harmonic, even in the surprise of otherwise unexpected overtones.

“Sing unto him a new song; play skilfully with a loud noise” Psalm 33:3

While the Most High chastens me, I understand it is because He loves me, knows me inwardly; faults and all [intimately]. Because He knows I can’t be trusted with delicate matters alone, He teaches me discipline [ethics / morals]. Because He knows the dangers ahead, He reproofs and even imputes discernment towards trusting His way over my own [fidelity].

Moreover, He allows me room to  grow in grace [Da Capo al Coda], while assisting me with perpetual mercy, when I via the spirit, don’t quite get the choreography right to the music of His everlasting love [D.C. al Fine to Fine]  d-s-al-fine

It is important to note that I am thankful Praise Yah, to overstand that the composition of L.I.F.E., will always proceed “as it is written”

1 Corinthians 2:9 | Romans 3:10; 9:13 & 14:11 | Matthew 4:4 | 1 Peter 1:6

“Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance, both young men and old together: for I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow” Jeremiah 31:13

What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee. In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me” Psalm 56:3-4
