KJV Dictionary Definition: purpose

purpose

PUR’POSE, n. L. propositum, propono; pro, before, and pono, to set or place.

1. That which a person sets before himself as an object to be reached or accomplished; the end or aim to which the view is directed in any plan, measure or exertion. We believe the Supreme Being created intelligent beings for some benevolent and glorious purpose, and if so, how glorious and benevolent must be his purpose in the plan of redemption! The ambition of men is generally directed to one of two purposes, or to both; the acquisition of wealth or of power. We build houses for the purpose of shelter; we labor for the purpose of subsistence.

2. Intention; design. This sense, however, is hardly to be distinguished from the former; as purpose always includes the end in view.

Every purpose is established by counsel. Prov.20.

Being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will. Eph.1.

3. End; effect; consequence, good or bad. What good purpose will this answer? We sometimes labor to no purpose. Men often employ their time, talents and money for very evil purposes.

To what purpose is this waste? Matt.26.

4. Instance; example. Not in use.

5. Conversation. Not in use.

Of purpose, on purpose, with previous design; with the mind directed to that object. On purpose is more generally used, but the true phrase is of purpose.

PUR’POSE,v.t. To intend; to design; to resolve; to determine on some end or object to be accomplished.

I have purposed it,I will also do it. Is.46. Eph.3.

Paul purposed in the spirit, when he had passed through Macedonia and Achaia, to go to Jerusalem. Acts. 19.

purposed

PUR’POSED, pp. Intended; designed; applied to things.

1. Resolved; having formed a design or resolution; applied to persons.

I am purposed that my mouth shall not transgress. Ps.17.

Dear Heavenly FATHER we thank you for opening many doors in our lives towards your divine will & purpose for us.  We thank you for every blessing & lesson, its effects per experience or influence.  We pray effectual application of your WORD goes forth with fervency of faith, full confidence & for the receipt of your hastened performance.  We know & understand you’re God alone, able to do exceeding abundantly above all we can ask or think according to the power that works within us; a healer, a comforter and not a man that you should lie.  We know & understand that you already know our thoughts/needs before we do…that in keeping with spiritual commune; you insist that we share love one to another, confessing our faults & lifting one another up in the esteem of love via prayer for healing’s harvest to manifest. Together this we pray gathered, asking and agreeing as if touching in Jesus the anointed Christ’s name in and for all things to your glory with advance hallelujah thanks, Amen.

Sometimes distracting things and people will push us towards ¤FSTOW¤ `feeling some type of way`☆.

Even when we awoken with positive intention to be beacons of God’s light, love and understanding, there’s almost always a negating force seeking to halt us on our path.

“Let your loins be girded about, and YOUR lights burning”; (Luke 12:35).
#BeReady

Meditation[1]

We must always remember that there is a WORD from FATHER for every occasion or circumstances presented to us via negation in hopes that we would fall from grace.

God’s WORD is sure and a safety from any distraction we may face. May we seek counseling from the Most High, before being easily beset via distractions intent on leading us away from the sufficiency of God’s grace and may we confront any positive spirituality changes we wish to experience123951TwoOrMoreGathered-1[1]

“To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace” (Luke 1:79).

123951MovingIntoGrace[1]

Yes & Amen…GOD instructs us towards mindfulness of such spirits:
(1). Be watchful and prayerful
(2). Try the spirits by the spirit, whether they’re of God
(3). Be careful entertaining strangers or otherwise angels unawares
(4). Resist the devil, he’ll flee
(5). No man can serve two masters

123951WithYou[1]
(6). To think on holy things or things from above
(7). To attend upon the Lord without distraction
(8). Take no thought for tomorrow
(9). All things can be accomplished through Christ’s strength
(10). No formed weapon or tongue of judgment has success via heritage as servants of the Most High
(11). Whatever is asked in prayer, believed shall be received.
(12). Seek the LORD’s counsel which stands forever, whom looks from heaven beholding all with careful considering.

“Without counsel, purposes are disappointed: but in the multitude of counselors they’re established”

(Proverbs 15:22).

Accounted Worthy to Escape & for Righteousness… Recognizing & Rebuking the Devourer

DOES HOW WE’RE LIVING, GIVE US A SENSE OF PURPOSE??????

….

123951YoureSpecial[1]
Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever…HEAVENLY FATHER we thank you in and for all things to your glory. May we greet one another with our love(first-fruit). Help us to remain fruitful and multiply. It is in Christ’s name this we pray with advance hallelujah thanks, Amen.

“Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it”
(Proverbs 3:27).
123951HoldOn-1[1]

Watch and pray, we’re told repeatedly…be sober and vigilant. What are we praying for?

  • For strength to overcome the slipping away from grace and shortfalls of God’s glory.
    (Para, Romans 7:23)

What are we watching for?

  1. The hands of God in our lives, which helps us avoid temptation and creates accountability of worth to escape the things which didn’t come to stay (Para, Matthew 26:41 & Luke 21:26-36 KJV).
  2. The appointed time(s) of change. (Para, Mark 13:33).
  3. The heavenly signs and the redemptive promises of the LORD (Para, Revelation 6:12-17).
daily-meditations2017iepmartwork
In other words, we must subjectively take heed (discernment) to the cares via our living that we not be overtaken or become fallen. Instead, May we remain Kingdom prepared, awaiting the harvest.

Blessings Beloved of the Most High…it’s mid-week: Sometimes we’ll reach middle of the road on life’s journey and feel some type of way; likely incomplete or discontent. We may briefly become disconnected from the truth of our spiritual fruition. This is a great time for reflecting and rejecting(R & R exercise). Look back to recognize the process, produce and purpose to unveil the promotion of the promises of God. He never forsook nor left us, it came to pass, and we are anew via surpassing PEACE about a plethora of things. Mid-way means we’re halfway there, right 😉 so DON’T FAINT. Press onward

Puzzled

“And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No. Then said they unto him, Who art thou? that we may give an answer to them that sent us. What say thou of thyself? He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias. And they which were sent were of the Pharisees. And they asked him, and said unto him, Why baptizes thou then, if thou be not that Christ, nor Elias, neither that prophet” (John 1:21-25)?

daily-meditations2017iepmartworkSometimes in life we come upon moments or experiences where life seems puzzling. Things could be going well and then suddenly without warning, things change or do not seem to fit——Puzzling.  This is when we should listen  for and trust FATHER’s voice more.

~the Messenger

Puzzled?

We know to be puzzled is to be in a perplexing state of mind, but we also know that this mind is ungodly because it is perhaps full of confusion—

Generally, confusion points to double-mindedness, which biblical points to instability. In the times when this type of instability pushes its way through, it is a call to refocus. We may need to move ourselves both physically and mentally in order to reach the desired spiritual inclination——meditation.

1 Corinthians 13:12

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

Sometimes in life, incomplete puzzles show a lack of order and where there is discordance, all things spiritual are unaligned. Take a rock-bed (bedrock) for instance. While viewing it outwardly, we may not see its fundamental purpose, as it seems too small or minuscule to the outer layers or edifices it sits upon. Yet, it serves as the provisional foundation for every layer which rests atop.

Christ, is considerably that solid rock, in which we need to steady the edifices of life (trials by faith) on which we experience from day-to-day and over prolonged periods of time. If we somehow, lose this grounding, we are offset on the course and perhaps need to renovate, reform or rebuild that relationship.

Matthew 7:24-27 Therefore whosoever hears these sayings of mine, and does them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. And every one that hears these sayings of mine, and does them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.

Luke 6:47-49 Whosoever comes to me, and hears my sayings, and does them, I will shew you to whom he is like: He is like a man which built an house, and dug deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock. But he that hears, and does not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great.

A solidified relationship with Christ, affords us mediation in the heavenly courts. It grants us favor via inherited blessings and redeems us from undue or sometimes unnecessary burdens. ——Lamentations 2:14; Exodus 6:6-7; Luke 11:46 and Matthew 23:4.

As we learn to listen to our inner man (CHRIST), we hear GOD by faith and receive guidance into truths as how to approach or configure the pieces in our life’s puzzles. ——Romans 10:17; 2 Corinthians 3:3 & 5:19-20;  Galatians 5:1; 2 Timothy 1:9; Ephesians 1:3; 2:5-7 & 5:2.

2 Corinthians 3:3 Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart.

Sometimes it takes quiet, calm and stillness to receive directions as to how to carefully and properly positions all the pieces to the puzzled life.

~the Messenger

“From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I” (Psalm 61:2).

Showing Gratitude, Love & Intercessory Support

Posted on Updated on

WE THANK GOD FOR THIS MINISTRY’S VESSEL…

Sharing our Founder’s Testimonial & Requesting Intercessory or Other Philanthropic Support

We dedicate this testimonial/donation project to help sow support for the artistic endeavors of our Founder to celebrate accomplishments of being faithful over few, as God is continuing to make room for her to rule over much of the gift(s), He has bestowed upon her hands by contending faith.

17352567_429610130710903_6462764689599298655_n

For a little over eight years, our founder has been seeking to bring her vision (dream) to reality. With some success,  some of her dream(s) as well as she, have grown. While doing philanthropy within her small community, she branched out into the social media community with her then small business endeavors as well as via this prayer and biblical study ministry {Survivors thru Christ}.

She faced crisis around 2013, losing finances to complete her medical regime in addition to not being able to afford the tuition for the last two courses towards a psychology degree, which she sought online while maintaining the Dean’s List.

A year later, having sold her car to make do all while recovering from immobility via past associated disorders, she again started working from home as an independent contractor via varied writing services and as child caregiver.

It was enough to support her until last year in March 2016, after what was called “a great flood” in her city, that she lost almost all of her earthen possessions such as her business [including office equipment/supplies], household furnishings and goods for her home of twenty-one plus years, which included three bedrooms/kitchen/ living room/bathroom—— plus other clothing, important memorabilia and personal items of sentimental value. FEMA awarded her three thousand six hundred dollars to replace all that was lost, then denied her appeal for more assistance. For the next ten months, she stayed in-home during mold remediation/renovations and working complex hours with little to no rest via WAH (work at home) and the continuation of the STC-TSG ministry; just before additional duress of down-sizing. Since then via faith, she has maintained contentment with such as she had left or has remaining via prayer and with hope for a better tomorrow.

“For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry” (Habakkuk 2:3).

During these events both her gifts and talents have been either mishandled under distress, handled with ill-intent by others and/or negatively exploited. Yet, she has stayed the course with her mind on the Lord and pressing forward.

16195815_406042639734319_9190590543068551717_n

Now, in 2017, she has been moving in another direction to regain from her losses. She has begun to refocus on her artwork, poetry and writing; more as the days goes by. She very recently has experienced even more delay. She tried and failed [denied employment] at general career/job searches per her field of knowledge and experience in the general labor force——due having been immobile for four to five years and working from home for herself since 2009, also due many changes for new work requirements. Her present goals now include:

  • Advancing the IEPM | STC-TSG Group Ministry by raising funds to re-equip home office/Art studio
  • Acquiring Work –Independent Contractor for hire via writing services or other
  • Acquiring Affordable Health & Dental Care ~holistic therapy
  • Acquiring Personal Transportation ~need for a personal / business vehicle
  • Acquiring Bedroom & Living Room Furniture for her new single room unit ~she desires a bed, sofa and coffee table
  • Producing & Promoting Her Personal Line of Artistry
  • Possibly Finishing Psychology Educational Endeavor to become an Marriage & Family Therapist/Counselor

For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for usNor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest enters into the holy place every year with blood of others; For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.

Hebrews 10:19-22

Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; And having an high priest over the house of God; Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water

John 14:16-17

And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it sees him not, neither knows him: but ye know him; for he dwells with you, and shall be in you.

John 15:26-27

But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceeds from the Father, he shall testify of me: And ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning.

John 16:7

Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.

Ephesians 4:1-7

I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, With all lowliness and meekness, with long-suffering, forbearing one another in love; Endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

In The Calm

⇒ In The Calm ⇐

16298415_404928413179075_2954077500868050874_n“Certain noises convey the things around us, which may be invisible to the eyes” (2013). One thing I have noticed is that when living by faith, there is most always a storm [noise] to pass through. In life, we seem to desire an ample amount of noise to confirm many things around and/or for us. Sometimes those noises serve to otherwise distract us.  I’ve found it is right there in the off season,”in the calm” where I realize, we may be directly in the eye of the storm.  Thankfully, Praise Yah! …the Most High allows us to hide in His Almighty shadow [the calm].

“The oceans simply and quickly obey my will…peace be still”.

~the Messenger

“When thou passes through the waters, I [will be] with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walks through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee” (Isaiah 43:2).

16640838_414569948881588_2901168743967688956_n

“And there shall be a tabernacle for a shadow in the daytime from the heat, and for a place of refuge, and for a covert from storm and from rain” (Isaiah 4:6).

He that dwells in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust” (Psalm 91:1-2)

Before, During and After the Storm…

Usually we receive a warning before the storm such as with lightning, thunder, wind or sudden changes in temperatures. In our lives, things are very similar. Sometimes “the calm” precedes the storm causing us to discern things more readily or pushing us to pray more fervently and effectively to add. At other times due pride, our countenance falls leading us to dig emotional pits, in which we commonly fall into first before hosting pity parties about it via corrupt communication, behavior or response to the unseasonable emotions [storms of life, tempest rages]. executing-comfort

“Pride goes before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall” (Proverbs 16:18)

Subsequently, we tend to somehow prefer the noise over the calm  because subconsciously it affirms our position in the midst of the storm  [i.e. noise]. This is another reason why we walk in the spirit, by faith and not by sight.

The wonderful thing about “the calm” is when walking in the spirit by faith; we are conscious of our surroundings sight unseen, noise included…yet there is a refuge of unknown peace which sustains us.

Therefore, it’s beneficial to be watchful for signs in our spiritual surroundings, which may point us to the the eye of the storm or “the calm”. Look for like-minded persons who are open to sharing of their experiences (testimonies) of the goodness of the Most High. Be watchful of the changes in our own seasons and those of others (i.e. moods, habits, behavior,  convictions and passions).

How to notice the stormy season(s) have passed:

  1. The experience occurs first, afterwards our convictions or passions will generally confirm or deny the perfection or success of bearing the storm.
  2. Next, we share the experience; especially, if it is a driven good or positive energy of purpose.

“And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring” (Luke 21:25)

After the storm clears…the vision becomes clearer. Our visibility is more focused on the seriousness of the Most High’s plan or will for us from the experience towards His glory and an expected end of eternal salvation. 16252009_403534976651752_4214484762043804629_o

Things to note about the vision:

  • We’re subjectively accountable for the growth or lack thereof.
  • Don’t look for pleasure from any other than the Most High where your vision is concerned… (remember, He wrote and finished it via  Jesus “Yahshua Messiah” the Christ through the trials (storms) by faith. The same trials bring us to “patience” an ultimate calm in the form of full trust and confidence in and of who the Most High is.
  • Remember direction gives us both boundaries and limitations and that vision determines the need, or gives confirmation of clearer view (vision, calm).
  • Allow the Most High to be the GPS via the storms [God’s Plan of Salvation].
  • Never allow our faith to become stagnant in the midst of mediocrity or disparagement when the way seems cloudy. Avoid confusion of what sustains us as a subjectively pensive provision. There is a bigger and better unseen evidence awaiting; and this doesn’t contribute to its directing from the Holy spirit into all truth. A truth which eyes haven’t seen, ears haven’t heard nor has it entered into our hearts of things God has planned for those of us who love him and “for good” who are called (appointed) according to his purpose” (Para Is 64:4 & Rom 8:28).
  • Finally, know that those who don’t share or have similar confirmation of the appointed vision will sometimes find displeasure of yours. Always refer to what your vision says about and to you and not what the world wants you to conform to. Be diligent, studious, attentive, watchful, prayerful and obedient to the Most High, to get a clearer route towards the “calm” to arrive at the appointed time of the vision.

“For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waits for him” (Isaiah 64:4).

SEE OURSELVES via SPIRITUAL SPECS: See Ourself In the Calm of the Vision

Proverbs 29:18

Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keeps the law, happy is he.

16177900_403533096651940_2121083446199818566_o

For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry

Habakkuk 2:3

We hope this will inspire others to abide “In the Calm” of life’s storms. Those storms are built in temptations to distract us from waiting patiently on the appointed time of the vision; though it seems to tarry. Each time we yield to temptations, it acts as a detour causing us to start over again, carelessly looking for a route around the storms…when we via strength of joy can weather them to get to the secret dwelling place of the Most High.
